District customers may apply for a leak adjustment credit once every five years. Go to our Forms page under the "For Customers" section, and open the Leak Adjustment Credit Application. Review the requirements of the program and, once the form is completed it can be emailed, mailed, dropped in the night drop box or delivered in person during business hours.
